Processing & Dispatch

  • All shipments are dispatched from our warehouse on working days only.

  • During peak seasons, sales, or festivals, processing may take slightly longer due to high order volumes.

  • For added security, we may verify certain orders with your card issuer before dispatch.

Estimated Delivery Timelines

  • Standard delivery takes between 3 to 14 business days, depending on your delivery location and courier network.

  • Delays may occasionally occur due to unforeseen events such as weather conditions, courier backlogs, or remote service areas.

  • We work closely with our shipping partners to minimize any disruptions and ensure timely delivery.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) are calculated at checkout and will be clearly displayed before payment.

  • We occasionally run free shipping promotions, which will be announced on our website and social media platforms.

Delivery Zones

  • We currently ship across all serviceable pin codes within India.

  • For remote or non-standard locations, delivery timelines may be longer or subject to courier availability.

  • For assistance with remote delivery areas, please contact our Client Service team before placing your order.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation with the tracking number and courier partner details.

  • If you have an account on the Philautia Online Store, you can view real-time order updates under ‘My Account’.

  • Guest users can track their order using the tracking link provided in their confirmation email.

Alternate Shipping Address

  • You may enter a different shipping address from your billing address during checkout.

  • This is ideal for delivering gifts or receiving orders at your office or a friend’s place.

Multiple Shipments

  • In rare cases, your order may be fulfilled in multiple shipments (e.g. during high volume periods or stock splits).

  • You will be informed accordingly and provided with separate tracking details.

Failed Delivery Attempts

Shipping Insurance & Damaged Parcels

    • All shipments are fully insured by Philautia against theft or damage during transit.

    • Once your parcel is delivered and signed for at the specified address, responsibility transfers to the recipient.

    • If your package appears damaged upon delivery:

      • You may refuse to accept it and contact us immediately, or

      • Accept the delivery but clearly mention the damage on the delivery slip.

    • Our Client Service team will assist you with the next steps.

Shipping Restrictions

    • We currently do not ship to P.O. Box addresses. Please provide a valid residential or commercial address.

    • International shipping is not available at the moment. For international requests, feel free to contact us for possible future arrangements.
