WEBSITE USES

By accessing and using this website, you agree to:

  • Use the site only for legitimate enquiries and valid purchases.

  • Not place false or fraudulent orders. If we detect such activity, we reserve the right to cancel the order and inform legal authorities.

  • Provide accurate contact information, including a valid email address, delivery address, and phone number.

  • Understand that failure to provide complete and correct information may result in a failed or delayed order.

 

Order & Contract

After you place an order, you will receive:

  • An Order Confirmation (via email/SMS)

  • A Shipping Confirmation when the product is dispatched

  • All orders are subject to stock availability.

  • In case of out-of-stock or supply issues, we may offer substitute products. You may choose to accept or decline. If declined, a full refund will be issued.

  • If stock is unavailable at checkout, your order may be cancelled, and you’ll be notified via the contact information provided.

PRICing & PAYMENT

  • We strive to ensure accuracy in pricing. However, errors may occur.

  • If an error is found after order placement, you will be contacted to confirm or cancel.

  • We are not obligated to honor incorrect prices that are clearly a mistake.

  • Prices shown exclude delivery charges and are subject to change without notice.

  • Payments are processed securely via third-party gateways. Philautia does not store your card details.

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • You may cancel your order within 6 hours of placing it or before the product is shipped — whichever comes first.

  • Once the order is dispatched, cancellation is not possible.

Shipping Policy

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days and delivered within a maximum of 15 days from Order Confirmation.

  • Unexpected delays due to weather, logistics, or holidays may occur.

  • “Delivery” is deemed complete when the product is received and signed for at the specified address.

Return & Refund Policy

Return Eligibility:

  • Returns are accepted within 5 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.

  • Used, washed, or damaged items will not be accepted.

Return Process:

  • If your item is defective or incorrect, email us at support@philautia.in within 12 hours of delivery with images/video.

  • Upon confirmation by our Customer Experience Team, we will arrange reverse pickup within 24 hours.

  • Please retain the original packaging for return.

  • We rely on trusted delivery partners such as BlueDart, Delhivery, DTDC, etc.

Refunds:

  • Refunds are processed for product value only.

  • Delivery fees are non-refundable.

  • Amounts are refunded to the original payment method.

  • A maximum of 2 returns are allowed per order.

  • Return shipping fees may apply depending on your location.

Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are available for size or item changes (subject to availability).

  • You must request an exchange within 2 days of receiving your item.

  • Exchanges follow the same process as returns.

Defect Guarantee

Covered Defects:

  • Fabric fading, pilling, or excessive creasing

  • Loose stitching or seams

  • Design/print imperfections

  • Misaligned or missing elements

  • Unusual fabric shrinkage or damage

Not Covered:

  • Damage from improper care

  • Normal wear and tear over time

All returned items are inspected to determine refund or replacement eligibility.

  • All personal data collected is securely stored and used solely to process orders and communicate with you.

  • We do not share, sell, or misuse your personal information.

Visual Accuracy & Errors

  • We strive to represent our products accurately.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, under the jurisdiction of Chhattisgarh.

  • A physical invoice will be provided with your order.

  • All product prices are inclusive of MRP and applicable taxes.
